Our Mission:
To provide programs that empower children and teens to discover their full potential.

The YouthVantage Alliance empowers children and teens to discover their full potential. Our name reflects what we believe deeply: every young person deserves the advantages of opportunity, mentorship, and support.

For nearly 50 years, Girls Inc. of Tarrant County has inspired girls to be strong, smart, and bold. For more than four decades, Tarrant County Kids has provided trusted, licensed childcare and out-of-school time programs for children and families. Responding to community demand for additional opportunities for boys and young men, The YouthVantage Alliance launched Vantage Point in 2025 to build leadership, resilience, and future-ready skills through mentorship, meaningful relationships, and real-world experiences. Together, these three programs make up The YouthVantage Alliance, expanding opportunities for children and teens while building on each program’s unique strengths and legacy.

Families, educators, and community partners consistently ask for more opportunities that help young people thrive. The YouthVantage Alliance answers that call by strengthening literacy, building confidence, encouraging healthy relationships, and preparing children and teens for bright futures. Through hands-on STEM experiences, leadership development, mentorship, career exploration, and high-quality youth programs, we help young people discover their strengths, reach their potential, and build the skills they need to succeed in school, work, and life.

Together, Girls Inc. of Tarrant County, Tarrant County Kids, and Vantage Point make up The YouthVantage Alliance, providing a connected network of opportunities that helps children and teens discover their full potential.
