The YouthVantage Alliance empowers children and teens to discover their full potential. Our name reflects what we believe deeply: every young person deserves the advantages of opportunity, mentorship, and support.

For more than 50 years, Girls Inc. of Tarrant County has helped girls grow up strong, smart, and bold. For over four decades, Tarrant County Kids has provided trusted, co-ed, licensed childcare to families across the community. Both programs continue their missions today as part of The YouthVantage Alliance.

Families, educators, and community partners consistently ask for more opportunities for youth, and The YouthVantage Alliance meets that need. We offer programs that strengthen literacy, build confidence, encourage healthy friendships, and prepare young people for the future. Families also find opportunities for their children to explore STEM, develop leadership skills, and learn the habits that support lifelong success.
